高柔性8芯屏蔽机器人拖链电缆(8×0.5mm²(20AWG),铝箔+镀锡铜编织屏蔽,PVC护套)

适用于机床行业、机器人与机械制造等对高柔性要求严格的场合,可自由往复移动并承受中等机械应力。结构为8芯0.5mm²(20AWG),导体为绞合无氧铜线,绝缘PVC,芯线黑色并印1~8数字编号;屏蔽采用镀锡铜丝编织(密度≥80%)加铝箔复合结构,抗电磁干扰性能优异,再绕包无纺布并挤包PVC护套(黑色)。弯曲寿命超过300万次,固定敷设最小弯曲半径5D,移动敷设6D;使用温度固定-15~+70℃、移动-5~+70℃,广泛用于机器人及自动化设备的拖链布线,支持按需求定制。

Towline cables, also called drag chain cables are ideal for use in the machine tool industry, in robotics and machine production and anywhere where high flexibility is essential. These cables are suitable for flexible use for medium mechanical stresses with free movements.
