本款为按客户要求定制的水下脐带缆,适用于海上油气、ROV/AUV、水下摄像机及潜水装备等场合。结构含 2 对 22AWG(0.34mm²)与 5 芯 18AWG(0.82mm²),PE 绝缘,缆芯以凝胶填充,并加镀锡铜编织与铝箔屏蔽,黑色 PUR 护套,温度范围 -40~105℃,耐油、阻燃、抗水解、抗菌、抗紫外线。凝胶会流动并填补编织或箔屏蔽上出现的任何间隙与开口,是理想的纵向阻水方案,可为水下电缆提供长期防护;尺寸与型式均可按客户要求定制。

This cable is gel filled cable, which is added to a braid shield or extruded on top of a foil shield. Because it is a gel, it tends to flow and fill in any gaps or openings that appear. So it’s the ultimate in waterblocking, and in long-time protection of cable underwater.
